Hi, Guys, I have to give you some advices. Not all BIOS tools can be used to write DMI, actually the most time it will depend on BIOS itself, there are lots of cases cause the failed on updating DMI.

1) Does bios support SMBIOS/DMI function to write SMBIOS/DMI information.

2) Is there a Flashpart write protect on board? It can be a pin connect to flashpart.
