Stupid Question

Trying to use my TWAIN driver with Paint Shop Pro to Scan (HP Scanjet 4300C).

Keep being told my USB is not engaged in BIOS. What the heck does that mean?

Check to see if there is an IRQ assigned to the USB. Some allow you to not assign one if you don't use it.
