PCI Comunication device driver

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Hi:
I'm trying to find the driver for the PCI Communication Device for a
PCCHIPS M741LMRT 1.4 motherboard, Cannot connect to internet or e-mail and there is no sound from a audio CD. Error message comes up "no drivers installed for the PCI Communication Device.
