120GB HDD-Detection

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Hi all,
my Toshiba Equium 3000m (I think its a GVC Board) doesn't recorgnize my new Samsung 120GB HDD. I flashed my BIOS with the data provided on the Toshiba Page, but even after that he doesn't find it.(except i put the jumper to the 32GB Limit).

It's an AWARD BIOS v4.41PG ; 10/30/1998-i440ex-w83977-2a69jg5hc-00

I found a Bios bin on http://wims.rainbow-software.org/nicks/ ... X-D%29.zip
because i thought this is the same board, but it did not work at all!
If someone could help me, it would be great!

BCM IN440EX and IN440EX-D are different models.

Im sorry, but the BCM-Linked BIOS doesn't workon my board! after flashing the pc only beeps. But i can test your patched version (but i think its not the right one for my board)
could you perhaps patch hte version of the toshiba link?
