I couldn't get past a windows secret code so I bought a new 80g seagate hd as the other gave me fits anyway. Now can't get into anything. Getting into the bios shows very little. Says I have a floppy and c: but I do have a cd and also dvd drive. Now the only thing that comes up is "no operating system on hd" duh - can't seem to get there from here. What do I do?
some info: CPQ 17403-101 bd w/o proc; supplier 706010000100, 9952 - 31 Camaro, assy 411 70150
any help is appreciated

try with only the CD drive connected and boot from the windows CD.
