Bios Upgrade----Question----SOS

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

i made everything like the asrock site said!!!!!

The files are!!!!! ASRFLASH.EXE K7S8X 2.60

i boot from the cd and i run this two files
ASROCK sais that i must read "PLEASE WAIT FOR BIOS LOADING ROM" after
running the two files but i read

"Usage:AMIFLASH ROM FILE/<COMMAND1>

<Command>
?:H : HELP
B : ENABLE BOOT BLOCK PROGRAMMING
-B : DISABLE BOOT BLOCK PROGRAMMING
S <FILENAME>_TO SAVE

WHAT MUST I DO!!!!!

Prepare a clean DOS boot disk. Boot from this disk, then you must type ASRFLASH "BIOS file" b and hit enter.
