That's Socket 7 board (looks like QDI Titanium IB+) for Pentium and Pentium MMX CPUs (maybe also K6 or K6-2 will work). Pentium II is totally different CPU (Slot 1) - it will simply not fit the board.
You mean regular Socket 7 Pentium-MMX 233? If it's QDI Titanium IB+, that CPU should work without any problems, the latest BIOS supports even K6-2 CPUs and HDDs upto 32GB (which can be easily patched to go upto 64GB). http://www.qdi.nl/support/download/TXIBPLUS.htm
