Is uniflash compatible with my BIOS?

It's compatibility generally has to do with the BIOS chip itself, so considering your old board, it should work.

can i please have a link to download this flash utility. And before a flash, will the program let me backup my old bios, and if it dosent, plese tell me how to back it up.

Yes, backup is possible, just choose Backup Bios from within the menu.

so if the bios flash goes bad, i just insert the backup bios and the bios will return back to its old version? :(
