uniflash and intel mb question

hi my friends

I got a dell dimension 3000 mb, it's a intel oemed D865gvds.
when I use uniflash to backup the bios, the uniflash cant recognize the chip ,only backup last 128k rom content. I tried other flash programs include iflash amiflash awdflash, the chip is also not be recognized ?
what's the problem with uniflash and other flash programs ?

the onboard bios chip is sst49lf004b.

Check the commandline syntax for Uniflash and try doing Uniflash with the /force option and specifying the code for your BIOS chip. this will likely fix your problem. Uniflash doesn't recognize some SST chips automatically; forcing will set it to the matching chip.

Had this issue with the SST 49LF003A in a board I have.
