matsonic -- please help

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Ok I have a motherboard made or sold under the name Matsonic the ID on the last ISA slot is M5A85114397. I cannot find this number anywhere on matsonics sight. Some further info 4 pci 3 isa. Can someone please let me know of a bios for this board and if at all possible a manual for it as well. I am waiting for a power supply to arive until then I cannot run any bios sniffers yet. Can anyone help with just the above?
