The other method I would sometimes try if I were too lazy to pull
the chip & use my programmer, was to use the flash program
specifically made for the chip called 28F001.exe & or 28f001A.exe.
I found them along with other flash programs on a sight that said they
were for triton chipsets, ( from memory) don't quote me on that...
I often found these programs were the only way to flash these chips
sometimes where others would fail..
