Should be Magic-Pro MP-6VIP-C+, OEM version of Soltek SL-65FV+.
Manual:

The second one it's a Microstar MS-6119, but I think it's an OEM version for Fujitsu-Siemens systems.
Manual in German:

If you need BIOS updates for both motherboards, run BIOS Agent and post back your results please:

Microstar had a second system of naming boards beside the MS-5xxx and MS-6xxx. It is probably genuine retail Microstar.

Update: It is clearly written MP-65VIPC+ (sticker attached to the mboard itself). Dunno what's next. Flashed succesfully but still no display. Any suggestions?

When I'm home I'll check the offline archives. What was the brand of the system this board was ripped from? Maybe we can track it via the reseller or OEM.

OK, please remove the sticker from the board to see if there's the original Soltek number underneath. Note: my experience with Soltek boards is not a good one so we might still be looking at a dead board.
