as the bios number "2a6lgc39c",it should be a chaintech board.
but i cannot find this board on chaintech web.
pls help me .

What is written èxactly on the sticker on the Bioschip?

Definately chaintech, but I have it coming back as a Pentium board. Double check the spelling of your mobo model with what is silk screened on the motherboard surface. "1" and "l" and "I" can look very similar...
