Hit the Pause/Brek kay when you see the Bios-ID you posted and have alook at what's displayed just below the Award Logo .

6610S074 is the latest Bios for the HOT-661 V1.1 or V2.0
If you need HDD support for up to 64GB ask Rainbow for a patched Bios .

I have the award bios.
I have upgraded the bios with hot-661(v3.1)

until now the pc is just fine no problems at all i have installed the XP and the 98SE and they work well.

Reading your words it seems to me that i have made a big mistake?

So what kind of problems should i expect?

Don't know about the problems - you may try to ask at Shuttle. If it works, leave it as is and be happy that you have newer BIOS.
