modified Dimension 4550 BIOS

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

I have a Dimension 4550 with a Pentium 4 2.4Ghz Northwood processor. I want to clock it to around 3.0Ghz and increase the amount of memory it can hold since it can only use 1 GB of memory. I know this a long shot, but does anyone know where I can find BIOS that will let me add more memory and overclock this system. I'd like to squeeze, hopefully, at least another year out of my Dimension. It has a modified Intel 845PE motherboard. Here are some pictures:

a commercial one at esupport.com maybe. I have not seen any hacked bioses for this board. In general Dell bioses do not seem very customizable.
