i used the process of elimination:

the green thing next to 16 coveres the northbridge, the chip right to 12 is the southbridge. the chip below 21 is the multi i/o. the chip left to the agp port is the PLL clock generator. the chip right to 22 is most probably a clock buffer. the chip below the PLL is a temperature/voltage sensor. not much left on that board..but the bios chip :)
