Commate S7AX doesn't recognize hard drive

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Hello,

my Commate S7AX BIOS doesn't recognize my 60 GB hard drive correct.
I searched the whole web for BIOS-version 3.0 but without succes.

Please help me.

there are two versions out there: 3.0 and 3.0A
3.0 is for upgrading from 2.7 and 3.0A is for upgrading from 2.7A
(at least that's what http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/k6plus.htm says)

I knew that 3.0A is for upgrading from 2.7A but currently I've got version 1.0 so I first have to upgrade to v.2.7.
Any chance to get this? And from where?

no way. you can go straight to 3.0 from your version. just make sure to load setup defaults afterwards.

But where can I get version 3.0???

The FTP-server at http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/k6plus.htm is empty

I tried 3.0A but the flash tool said this version doesn't match with my system.

please use Uniflash (http://www.uniflash.org) and try to flash 3.0A afterwards. Please post the V2.3 version string after flashing.
