1.00.17.DU0M is the latest and can be downloaded here:

No mention of large harddrive support but this may be hopeful:
Enabled BIOS setup IDE LBA translation to be user defineable


It's an OEM version of the Intel DB440FX (Dublin) board but alas not listed here:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboar ... 009028.htm
Most of the 440FX boards are listed in the 8GB section so chances are slim this one will support more even with the latest bios :(
