All I've found is this:

One thing: on the same screen you see that BIOS ID string, tell us what's displayed further up, towards the left of the screen. Or anything printed on the motherboard itself?

I mean that maybe is the mother but I can get no manual or bios upgrade.

but i cannot find its website.

The best thing would be to check if the jumper settings actually match the board...
