Does the SeaTools (DOS) disk recognize the drive to its full capacity?

Can the drive be formatted to capacity using a Win9x boot disk?

Edwin has reminded me, we could try using apple_rom's patcher. I'll take a look at that.
Tested patched BIOSes. Untested patched BIOSes.
