SST 39SF040 flashing prob with Uniflash

Is there an issue flashing the SST 39SF040 chip with Uniflash?
Have tried at least 5 known working chips on 2 motherboards (with VIA Unichrome KM400(A) Northbridge + ITE IT8705F Super I/O), but it always resulted in Flash Data Verification Error.

Have you got the option of using a board with a different chipset? Maybe there's something funny with the KM400A...
