ENMIC Motherboard doesn't recognize Hitachi Deskstar T7K250

Hey.
I have a problem with my old motherboard ENMIC 5VM5XS.

Updated this old one to the latest ID String:
04/11/00-VP3-586B-W877-2A5LENMCC-00

Still it doesn't recognize my new HDD Hitachi Deskstar T7K250. (HDT722525DLAT80)

Has anyone an upgraded version of the BIOS (.bin)?

Another question is: I use my HDD temporarly in 32Gb-Clip-Mode. If there is a possibility to update to a newer BIOS-version can I just switch the jumper and will have still access to my data?
