N440BX based PIII server

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Arggh, please help....

When it boots, I first got the following error:
Error: "810E, CPU 0 Failed FRB Level 3 Timer Failed"

So I retested the CPU in BIOS but it keeps halting and displays down
the bottom of the screen "Press <F1> to resume, <F2> to Setup"

How do I get rid of this?

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
