BIOS upgrade to a AMS tech Rodeo 5000 note book

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

I have this computer a for a while and the AMs tech does exist any more. I am trying to install a D-LInk card and the system wont recognize it. Any way i can get an upgrade to my BIOS.
PheonixBIOS 60. realease 6.0
the chipset Intel Triton 430tc rev 1
bios date is 10/08/97. Any help will be appreciated

According to this site http://www.orphanlaptops.com/ams_list.htm, Rodeo 5000 is the same machine as TwinHead P83
