help me identify this mobo

pls help me identify this mobo and where can I get the bios flash for these.
It appears "bios rom checksum error"

second picture, lower left corner, is there anything in small print on the board surface? This is a PcPartner board, maybe an OEM version but we need any print from that surface area to be sure.
