Hi I have a (Dell FLEXATXSTC 733C) with a and a (MS-6312 VER) Motherboard. I am not getting any Video, I have tried has much troubleshooting has possible; the only option is to use my Advanced PC Diagnostic Card. The display on the card reads (EO) on the manual, it means (Initialize the Chipset) which tells me I have a (Boot Block in Flash ROM). Do I need to Flash ROM? Can anyone please help me?
