PC Partner model

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Need help again with this motherboard:

1.) Sticker has PC Partner
2.) Another sticker shows AC97 (LM4881)
3.) ATX micro tower type
4.) Socket 462
5.) Two SDRAM slots
6.) On-board audio card with ALC100P chip
7.) Northbridge: VIA VT8363E
8.) Southbridge: VIA 82C686B
9.) PCB has 35-8982-Y0-01 on it.

Need links for the bios, driver and manual files.
