May kindly arrange to send me bios update of AMI BIOS on Non AMI Mother Board. with following details

BIOS AMI(c) 2001 Release 03/28/2002

Mother Board:
Model - 62-0328-001131-00101111-040201-VIA_P6-M925LR-
S.No. - D53PE21509521

System hangup at "starting windows" screen after booting from windows Xp SP2 CD.Also some time system hangup while navigating through the BIOS setup.

Search redirected me to following site but model is not matching at all.

It looks something is faulty in your system, the first step should be to check what's the problem. Check your memory with memtest86/memtest86+, hangups/instabilities are often caused by faulty RAM or incorrectly (=too fast) set memory timings.
