You should have started your own thread on this topic.
But I think your problem maybe using the wrong program or bad image, or you have a hardware fault.

Thanks for the reply.
Please, what program did you use to flash the bios of this motherboard? Where i can find it?
There is somethings to disable in the bios or jumper to move to allow the flashing?

Aflash is only for very old boards of the Pentium III era. Please use the flashprog Asus has on their P4S800-MX support site.

but in the p4s800-mx support site there is only aflash to upgrade the bios. But it doesn't work!
ERROR! can't find system BIOS' HOOK!
Please let me know which program and version did you use.

Must be an error on their support site. The correct flashprog should be afudos.
I got this offered by selecting P4S800-MX SE as motherboard - use this page only to get the flashprog!

Hello,
I used afudos with follow command
afudos /i1101c.002
and i get the follow error:
ERROR: ROM file size does not match existing bios size
and the upgrade procedure was interrupted immediately.
I tried to bucking up the bios with a ami software and i found a size of 512kb instead of 256kb of 1101c.002.
Please help me i don't know how to upgrade this bios

maybe your board isn't the P4S800-MX SE but the P4S800-MX (WITHOUT SE). i assume you downloaded the correct bios from our site and you know how to flash a bios.

I'm using AFUDOS and seem the correct software.
On startup the motherboard result P4S800-MX.
I tried also the bios for P4S800-MX SE because have the same size of the bios in my motherboard but i get the follow error:
ERROR: ROM file ROMID is not compatible with existing bios romid
different from the error that i get with bios for P4S800-MX
ERROR: ROM file size does not match existing bios size
I'd like to have the correct resolution of my lcd, please help me to get the wide screen
