I have tried to use what you have said in the post "HOWTO replace integrated chipsets' video bios" and I got above. I am not sure that do I have to put vbios file name or mainboard bios filename.
I will try to patch it in the mainboard's bios with cbrom, make a backup copy of your bios and send it to your email address.
I also tried with the cbrom606 it said it is not 600 award bios
