MS 6506 Packard Bell flashing via CD NOT floppy?

Hi all. After spending weeks of searching to find the latest bios for my mobo, I suddenly happened upon two. They're auto-create little things that make a boot disk for you - problem is, I think my floppy drive's knackered. So I downloaded a MS app that lets you extract the files from the .IMG...

Is there any way to modify these files to create a bootable CD from which to flash the bios? In-case it helps, the bios util is called discopb15.exe (14 also).
