Need Pretech's PT-865PE-A NEWEST BIOS

I have one problem using my m/b.

BIOS ID 03/03/2004-Springdale-G-6A79AD49c-00

It's Pretech's ATX 865pe, PT-865PE-A, but Pretech closed 2 years ago, maybe.

- Problem

1. When I set in p4 1.6a, there is no problem, but few days ago I changed my cpu with CelD315, and it can't rebooting after saving BIOS changes.

However, I can rebooting by CTRL+ALT+DEL, and BIOS settings are saved, and if I select "Exit without saving changes", rebooting, normaly.

BIOS recognized CelD315 correctly, but it can't rebooting at that way and F10, only.

2. There is no article to see CPU Temp

With googling, I found " 08/29/2006-Springdale-G-6A79AD49C-00 " version is the newest.

But, there is no link alive.

Please help me.

D4 is DFI. So maybe we can get a matching DFI bios for this board. It seems Pretech only put their label on and not actually manufactured the board.

Everest shows DFI, too. But there were no match for mine.

My m/b coulor is Red, Soket478, 865PE/ICH5, 1AGP 8X, 5PCI, 4DIMMs, 2SATA, 2EIDE, 1FDD, 8USB2.0, ALC655 AC97 Codec. and No lan, and No IEEE1394 included.

Under label, "A310 REV. 2.01" printed.

But Google can't show me any useful information about A310, too.
