Problems installing VGA after formatting computer

hello.
i`m from greece and i have a problem.
After i reformatted my computer, i sucessfully reinstalled all of my drivers, except the video drive, each time i try to install it i get an error message saying, "The system cannot detect the device, please confirm that the device is configured properly and then restart the setup program."

any help on what is preventing me from reinstalling the driver?

Dont know if this will help but ya.
my pc is intel pentium 4 2,4ghz
ram 1,25gb
windows xp service pack 3
Board: ECS P4S5A/DX+ 1.0
chipset SIS 645DX

Where is the driver coming from? Are you 100% sure this is the driver that was installed before?
