Corsiar CMX512-3200C2 and AMI Bios V3.14

Ok, I have an AMI Bios and the Corsair RAM needs to run at

2-3-3-6-2T and 2.75v to be optimized

However my Bios does not have a memory option so the RAM is currently running

3-3-3-8-1T and 2.5V

Is there actually a separate setup command for my Bios that I don't know about? I know my friends BIOS actually has a Ctrl+F1 to access full Bios options and I don't have the guide for this computer.

AMI BIOS v3.14 dated 9/4/03
Core Version 08.00.08
