VBIOS for SiS 650

Hi, I have a SiS 650_M650 and am trying to use a fujitsu monitor at 1440X900 resolution.

I have updated the software version from the SiS website to 3.73, but the BIOS version remains as 1.07.00.

I believe that all I need to do is update the BIOS version to 2.28.00 or later, is that correct?

If so, could someone please explain how the BIOS can be updated?

Thankyou for the help, am at a loss as to where to go from here.

the question is: do you have the same mainboard? if not, you need to find out exactly which mainboard you have in your machine.
if you have the same mainboard, go to the download page and grab the patched bios there.
