Seems to be HOT-661 - there are more versions of this board! Check what's printed on it.

That OEM would not happen to be Creative I hope? So far I've been unable to find a bios for any of their boards...

Does not look like Creative - the Super I/O matches.

HOT-661 v1.1, v2.0: "05/31/1999-i440BX-ITE867-2A69KH2BC-00", "(6610S074) Intel i440BX PCIset(TM)"

HOT-661 v3.1: "02/22/2000-i440BX-ITE867-2A69KH2BC-00", "(6610S164) Intel i440BX PCIset(TM)"

Opps, It happened to be Creative. I guess Creative uses the OEM of Shuttle. Does that mean that I would not get any BIOs upgrade at all? If not, means spending more $$$ to get an extra IDE controller. Sigh!

Well, you're in luck, this seems to be the first creative board with a valid Shuttle counterpart. Check the version of your board (it should be in print somewhere) and flash the appropriate bios (see the posting by Rainbow).
