Asus A7SC can this system run WIN XP?

Hello,

I'm trying to install a system with XP. During the install process a message appears that the requires resolution can't be set. When I install a ME version of windows the only resolution that's possible is 640x480.
I allready read some articles about upgrading the driver and Bios. Is my issue similar?
Can installing a PCI videocard solve this problem too?

finish the installation process until you can login with a valid account. then install the latest SIS VGA drivers. links are provided in the sticky thread in the vga section.
