i have ps2 in my mother board did not work i replaced the port which is to ps2 with another but it is not work also what can i do

my motherbord is luckytech p6ex3

You might have an "Enable PS/2....." in BIOS. Check that.

If the PS/2 keyboard works but the PS/2 mouse does not, check the BIOS settings.
If the keyboard does not work, check if it's connected to the correct port (the bottom one). If the keyboard LEDs don't blink after power up, the fuse on the board is probably blown and needs to be replaced.
