I just updated my BIOS on my K7S5A and find that there are 4 new settings:

clk gen spread spectrum (enabled/disabled)
DOS Flat Mode (enabled/disabled)
Dram Driver Slew Rating (normal/fast)
S2K I/O Compensation (enabled/disabled)

The Question is: What are they for and what is the recommended setting?

Thanks for any help
