I know its a VIA Apollo MVP4 board, chipsets are VT8501 and VT82C686A, 1 ISA and 3 PCI, and its an AT, not ATX form factor.

Hell if I can find the board, though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. All I really want to do is disable the onboard audio.

Please read the Award Bios-Id page here !!
It will show you V3 as Vtech aka PcPartner Mainboard .
Search for a 35-xxxx-xx Board identifier number and jump to www.pcpartner.com and find your Biosupdate !

It's PC Partner board - check it for 35-8xxx-xx number and go to http://www.pcpartner.com/bios/viabios.htm#mvp4 for BIOS/manual.
