My computer is Optiplex Gx1 400MTbr+ Dell , pentium II 400 Mhz , When i upgrade 256M Ram bus 133 , but my computer is not working . My computer have 3 sockets and Bios Ver : A04 . Can I upgrade Bios ? Help Me ....

I think it caused by compatibility , you can use another one.

I used another one , but my computer is not working also . before i use the Ecc bus 100 ram . Help me ..

How many chips on EACH side of the 256MB stick?

One side of 256M stick only . It have 8 chips

Most probably you need 256MB module with 16 chips (8 on each side).
