My Motherboard is not completely dead, but almost

See, everytime I want to start my PC, a message appears on the screen. It shows "102 System Board Failure" So, I've got a Mainboard of the Type Compaq Series 3503V5. This is an integrated Mainboard, and there is no external Bios chip. So I've got a Problem. can anybody help me???
PS:(I've Checked everything, but it still doesn't work) Crying or Very sad
