Leaving it at 12V usually doesn't damage the 5V BIOS chips since the 12V pin is usually internally disconnected.

Yes i understand, but the vpp pin it's not internally disconnected since i was able to flash it into an another board a Pcchips M539 at a voltage of 5V.My question ist's if this 12V on the vpp pin could erase the data in the chip?????????
Thank you for your reply
Alex.

As long as you don't flash it on that board, I believe it shouldn't harm it.

Hi
O.K. thanks for the info!
This should eliminate the bios from beign faulty since the 12 V do not erase it.It means that the board it's damaged somehow somewhere if itt doesn't initialize.I posted something on this on the 'my motherboard it's dead' if you want to take a look and ask me everythin you need to diagnose as much as you can the problem but it surely it's something wrong with the board!!!unfortunately
