Hello,

I did remove every thing except for Video card and I am still getting the same error.

At this time, I think I am giving this motherboard a RIP (rest in peace).
I guess I will get a new/used motherboard.

Again I sincerely thank you for all your help, time, and input on this matter. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You might have APM and ACPI active simultaneously. Why not disable ACPI and let APM do its thing? Or try disabling APM (leaving it ACPI-only) and try again... Don't give up yet...
