bios or mainboard problem????

I have chaintech ct-6bjm mainboard (intel chipset) with 700 mhz intel processor III and 512 sdram,Gforce mx400 2 64 mb bios is award modular 4.51 pg 21.07.2000... and this working very good. the problem is that i try to instal Gforce 4 mx440 64 mb ddr and the bios can't start. The card is working good on another configuration. IS there something wrong with bios or my agp slot does not support this card. The Agp slot is 32-bit(rev 2.0 compliant) And i need information where i can find the bios upgrade for my mainboard
