how to edit this video bios boot screen text?

I'd like to be able to change the text entries from what it says on my Leadtek Winfast A6600GT video cards boot up screen. (I just want to edit out the marketing fluff is all)

Now it appears that the programs of NiBiTorv23 or the Nvidia Bios Editor (X-Bios Editor) can edit a little I think, but I don't see where this text shown in my screenshot below is listed in there anywhere.

Is there a way ..There has to be some way? ..or a program? ..that let's me edit this text?
