I have Fujitsu-Siemens D1214 board that seems to have a BIOS problem. There is recovery mode but it does not work - as I probably don't have proper BIOS rescue disk (and haven't found how to create one).
The BIOS update disk from Fujitsu-Siemens contains flasher and some .ocf and .omf files. But I need 512KB image to flash into the flash ROM chip...
I took working D1025 board and saved the flash image from it. Then compared with contents of BIOS update disk - and found no obvious way to create the image Sad

which chip does the Fujitsu-Siemens D1214 mb use?

http://www.zdnet.de/treiber/man_prod_ud/siemens_mainboard-bios_ud-wc.html

this link we can get all Fujitsu-Siemens bios, D1214_00.OCF is 376kb,it has the phoenix bios module, but it seems to be zipped in somewhere,
if you backup the bios from chip, please mail to biosdiy@yeah.net, I am interested in studying it .
