Need bios and driver file link for this motherboard.

- AT type motherboard with AT/ATX supply support.
- Slot 1 / Socket 370 features.
- 3 SDRAM slots / 1 AGP slot / 3 PCI slot / 1 ISA slot.
- ITE I/O, VIA chipset / CMI8738 onboard audio card.
- Motherboard with print KOB 693 DCS.
- PCB V1.5

What is this motherboard? Need help

note: there are maybe two different bios KOB 693A DCS and KOB 693 DCS. i don't own either one of them nor have the time to do an in depth research on those boards / bios. please post your bios id shown at boot up!
(and thank kuriaki for his great archive!!!)

btw. chipset seems to be VIA691/693 aka VIA Apollo Pro. get latest drivers from VIA.

Kobian (Mercury) KOB 693 DCS
Latest BIOS update:

I can't find now a working link from Kobian to download the drivers for:
C-Media 9738 Codec Sound on board driver
VIA 4 in 1 driver (Include INF, AGP, IDE & IRQ File)

I have an old pc celeron 466Mhz with KOB693DCS Mercury motherboard(Kobian). it is not detecting my new Seagate baracuda 80 GB HDD.

I tried the bios update with batb17b.bin using the flash utility but it says

probably it is meant for KBO693DCSa

can you help finding the update for KOB693DCS

please reply with your current bios string so we can find a matching bios and patch it for large harddisk support if needed.

cant determine the exact bios string id since my mboard is still dead.
