i've been having similar issues with my box, and if this file seems to work for people, is it possible to get a hookup?

| Ok im new Here and i have an A8Ae-LE MB. I have version 3.13 BIOS from the compaq website. Should i install the 3.14 version that u guys are giving out ,and why doesnt compaq have it.

I have the same problem with the 3.13 bios as everyone else. Will someone please send me the 3.14 bios?

Update: Got and flashed the 3.14 BIOS--problem solved!

Got the new BIOS 3.14, thanks to Edwin. Flashed immediately with Winflash and system running like new.
Note: Windows reports one new unknown device found--I'll have to track this down--I've disabled it for now.

manufacturer/device PCI IDs are?
Maybe it's the UAA bus and you'll need that for your audio.

Hey edwin thx for the 314.bin file. I have downloaded winflash but it says that its not a Bios Rom so....? any help will be appreciated
