Mitac ML56TXR3 or ML5601TX comes up on this string. Hmm, is this in a Compaq or HP by any chance?

use uniflash
http://www.uniflash.org
to make a backup of your current bios, maybe we can patch in large harddisk support. The site owner where you linked to is ill and we don't know when the FTP will be back online again...

I did the Biosflash with the 99er Version, but it did not fix my problem.
